Phoenix Coffee Roasters in Dresden

I spontaneously took a coffee with me because the smell of another customer's coffee "ToGo" totally caught me. This is the best coffee I've ever had and I've been to many cafes :) Kudos. I will definitely come back and buy your coffee for home :)

Super nice people and the coffee is delicious! We even got a little advice on how to operate an espresso machine correctly and what to look out for. We are currently consuming the Deep Red variety - only recommended.

Tried when visiting Dresden. There are only 3 varieties, but they have it all. The best coffee I've ever had! I now order it regularly from the roaster's homepage.

If you are around Dresden and want to have a good cup of coffee, this is the place you want to visit! Great variety of beans to choose from, and delicious coffee. Baristas are super professional, and always happy to respond all the questions you may have.

People who write that the coffee is too weak have certainly not the amount indicated on the enclosed info card observed ... I think this coffee stunning. And the local espresso is certainly the best in the city! Too bad that the shop has so rarely open ...

Mindblowing coffee!

We bought 2 different coffees. The first one was fine, but could have been a bit stronger. The second, which was supposed to be more intense, was totally weak and probably an older roast. Furthermore, the store is pretty dusty. Shabby chic is ok, but you should still be able to expect cleanliness from a food / beverage manufacturer. Conclusion: value for money is absoult next to it and for 40 € / kg old coffee for sale is more than wrong.

This place is just coffee, but it's great coffee.

I wanted to get a coffee to go there and am extra one kilometer detour to then stand in front of tightly closed doors. And that on Monday at 11 o'clock. The lady in the store did not pay me any attention and continued to stack cups ... A great pity!

The staff is super friendly; they care about their customers and their coffee.

Small and beautiful shop for delicious coffee enjoyment. Coffee is roasted here with a lot of love. The seating appears a bit provisional, but that doesn't make the overall impression bad. The coffee you can enjoy immediately is lovingly prepared and served. I always enjoy coming here when I'm in Neustadt.

Listened to a 10 minute lecture regarding strength and acidity, but the coffee is extremely weak and tasteless. Low quality beans and an poor roast.

The best flat white in the city! They are professional! Café and coffee roaster in the same room: magical taste and smell of the coffee. Recommended!

Excellent roastery (not a café in first place!) which offers you multiple blends. Lovely smell and surprisingly good coffee varieties. As multiple roasts are offered, it is adviced to know in forward what kind of roast you prefer - or simply have a chat with the barrista.

Unfriendly service. Bitter coffee. Only 3 uncomfortable stools at a bench to sit on. Don't waste your time here. Go to cafe Oswald just a 5 minute walk away for friendly service good coffee and a nice atmosphere.

If you don't want customers, close early. Espresso is really good (if a tad bitter for my taste). Pricy, but this is not Italy (where you'd get more (taste) for less (money)). Loved the smell :-)

Specialty Coffee Shop ☕️

Typical Neustadt atmosphere, fullest devotion to the products and of course 1a coffee, a round picture! Unfortunately, it is probably only served irregularly, too bad! But you should not miss it, because you can then try the wildest extraction methods live - that's not possible in any other espresso bar.
